PMR Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sole Stewardess or Second Stewardess ready to take ownership of the interior onboard an extremely busy private and charter sailing yacht.
The vessel operates a single Mediterranean season and has an exceptionally busy programme. Last season, the yacht completed up to 13 trips, the majority of which were charters, with a high number of returning charter guests and turnaround periods of just 48 hours. We are therefore looking for someone who genuinely enjoys chartering, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional level of service to guests.
During the winter period, the yacht will be based in Palma, where the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the interior to an excellent standard and ensuring everything is fully prepared for the upcoming season. Duties will include interior maintenance, inventory management, preparing table décor, organising linens and ensuring all areas are ready for a demanding season.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident running the interior, with the ability to maintain exceptionally high standards throughout a busy programme.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Sole Stewardess or experienced Second Stewardess.
Confident taking ownership of the interior and running it independently.
Strong charter experience and a genuine enthusiasm for a busy programme.
Excellent guest service skills and attention to detail.
Highly organised, proactive and able to manage interior preparation and inventories.
Able to maintain exceptionally high standards under pressure.
