PMR Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Female Chef to join an extremely busy private and charter sailing yacht operating a single Mediterranean season.
The vessel has an exceptionally busy programme, completing up to 13 trips last season, the majority of which were charters, with a high number of returning charter guests and turnaround periods of just 48 hours.
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef who genuinely enjoys chartering and can deliver an exceptional standard of cuisine for both private and charter guests. The successful candidate will need to be organised, adaptable and confident working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining consistently high standards throughout a demanding season.
During the winter period, the yacht will be based in Palma, where the Chef will have the opportunity to prepare the galley, organise provisions, review inventories and ensure everything is ready for the upcoming season.
Due to the cabin arrangements onboard, this position is specifically for a female Chef.
The yacht is offering a strong salary for the right candidate.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Yacht Chef, ideally on sailing yachts.
Strong charter experience and a genuine enthusiasm for a busy programme.
Able to produce consistently high-quality cuisine for both owners and charter guests.
Highly organised with excellent provisioning and galley management skills.
Adaptable and comfortable working to tight turnaround schedules.
Able to maintain exceptionally high standards under pressure.
