PMR Recruitment are currently searching for both a Chief Stewardess and a Second Stewardess to join a 45m private and charter sailing yacht.
The yacht is preparing for its upcoming season, with its first charter booked for February. They are looking for two enthusiastic and experienced candidates with a genuine passion for sailing yachts and a strong understanding of high-end guest service.

Chief Stewardess – Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience onboard sailing yachts over 30m.
Strong background in high-end guest service.
Confident with formal and informal table preparation and service.
Good knowledge of inventory management and interior organisation.
Comfortable managing lunch and dinner service.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Proactive approach to preparing the interior for sailing conditions.
Second Stewardess – Requirements:
Minimum 1 year's experience onboard sailing yachts over 30m.
An interest in yoga and the ability to lead daily yoga sessions for the owner and guests.
Responsible for breakfast service following the morning yoga session.
Assist with lunch and dinner service.
A positive, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
Additional Experience:
Massage therapy experience would be a bonus for either position. If the successful candidates are interested in developing this skill, the owner would be happy to fund relevant training.
The ideal candidates will have a genuine interest in sailing yachts rather than motor yachts, as the yacht regularly sails and requires an interior team who understand the importance of proactively preparing and securing guest areas and cabins for sailing.
