CHEF - 35M S/Y

PMR Recruitment are searching for a Seasonal Chef to join a 35m performance charter sailing yacht operating in the Mediterranean. The yacht runs a busy charter program from May to October with a crew of 5 and a Chase boat driver who lives on the chase boat.

This role would suit a chef who thrives in a charter environment, is highly organised, and enjoys producing fresh, light Mediterranean / Italian-style cuisine. You will be responsible for creating well-balanced, high-quality meals for both guests and crew, preparing sample menus, and catering to guest preferences and dietary requirements. Experience on sailing yachts is essential, along with a strong commitment for the full season.

The position has traditionally been seasonal, however flexibility may be considered for the right candidate. Start date ideally March 2026 in Mallorca.

An attractive package is on offer plus tips. Between 7000 - 8000 euros per month DOE
