SEASONAL CHEF - 55M S/Y

PMR Recruitment are searching for a talented Seasonal Chef to join a 55m sailing yacht for the upcoming summer season. The vessel has just completed a full refit and is heading into a busy charter period, making this a great time to come onboard. This is a sole chef role, catering for up to 12 guests and 9 crew in a fast-paced, charter-focused environment, so you’ll need to be confident, organised, and able to deliver consistently high standards.

This role would suit a strong Sous Chef ready to step up, with a solid restaurant background and a positive, guest-focused attitude. Yachting experience is a bonus but not essential. The salary on offer is DOE with 2.5 days leave per month plus bank holidays, and a mid-May start.
