FIRST OFFICER / OOW 3000GT - 45+M S/Y

PMR Recruitment are searching for a First Officer / OOW for a 45m+ sailing schooner.

This is an incredible opportunity for a strong sailor with solid sailing experience who’s ready to step up into a Relief Captain role. The current Captain will be stepping back from day-to-day operations and will only be on board during charters and boss trips. That means you’ll take the lead on deliveries and manage the crew in his absence.

There’s some amazing sailing lined up over the next year, so we’re looking for someone confident under sail and excited about real sea time. The upcoming itinerary is nothing short of epic — this will be the Captain’s fourth round-the-world voyage on this vessel, and this time the route includes the legendary Northwest Passage and a trip up to Japan.

You must hold your MCA OOW 3000GT to be considered for this position.
