2ND OFFICER/ BOSUN,OOW 300GT- 70M S/Y

PMR Recruitment is currently seeking a 2nd Officer / Bosun for a 70m+ private and charter sailing yacht.

The ideal candidate must hold an OOW 3000GT and have experience on similar-sized vessels. This is a hands-on role combining bridge responsibilities with deck leadership, so a strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.

Requirements:

• OOW 3000GT CoC (mandatory)

• Experience as Bosun or in a similar senior deck role

• Strong leadership and deck maintenance skills

• Confident in bridge operations and watchkeeping

• Sailing yacht experience is advantageous

• STCW, ENG1, and valid visa (if applicable)

• Salary: DOE

• Dual season – private and charter use
