DECK/STEW - 37M S/Y

PMR Recruitment are searching for a Deck/Stew to join the crew of a 37m private sailing yacht. This is a hands-on dual role where the successful candidate will help on deck with the day-to-day running and maintenance of exterior areas while also assisting with 2nd stewardess duties inside, including housekeeping and service. The role requires someone who is proactive, organised and happy to assist wherever needed to ensure the yacht is always kept clean, well presented and running smoothly for guests.

Candidates must hold up-to-date STCW and ENG1, Powerboat Level 2, a clean driver’s licence, and a B1/B2 visa, Green Card or US citizenship. Experience in sailing, watersports, and hospitality or service is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good communication and social skills, be comfortable working at height, and be a fit and active team player.

The package includes a full SEA contract, 3.2 days leave per month, medical insurance, shared cabin accommodation with one other crew member, and a starting salary of €3,000 per month.
