DECKHAND - 50M S/Y

PMR Recruitment is searching for a Deckhand to join a 50m private sailing yacht with a 9-person crew for the upcoming summer season. The yacht operates privately and spent the winter in Palma. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some sailing experience who is keen to develop further in a professional and supportive environment.

The deckhand will assist with day-to-day deck operations, maintenance, and general sailing duties, contributing to the smooth running of the yacht during private leisure trips.

The ideal candidate will have prior yacht experience and some sailing knowledge. A Yachtmaster Offshore is desirable but not essential for the right person. European candidates are preferred. This role requires a commitment through the summer season and offers opportunities for career development, including partially funded courses after one year of service.

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: €3,000 per month
