DECKHAND - 65+M S/Y

PMR Recruitment are searching for a Deckhand to join a 65m+ Sailing Yacht. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and hands-on crew member with 1–2 years’ experience onboard a vessel who is looking to progress within a professional sailing program. The yacht runs a world cruising itinerary and will hopefully take on a few charters during the upcoming Caribbean season. Candidates holding a B1/B2 visa will be highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will be energetic, team-focused, and confident with deck maintenance, tender driving, and general sailing operations. A passion for sailing and a proactive attitude are essential. The position is to start ASAP, with a permanent contract and competitive package DOE.
