FIRST MATE - 49M S/Y

FIRST MATE POSITION (49m Sailing Yacht)
PMR Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Mate for a 49m sailing yacht. We are considering both experienced Mates and strong upcoming Bosuns ready to step up. A Yachtmaster qualification is not essential, but strong sailing ability is required, along with confidence in managing and maintaining ISM paperwork.

The yacht is currently located in Savannah, USA, so applicants must already hold a B1/B2 visa. The position is required as soon as possible, with a temporary Mate in place while we secure a permanent hire.

The vessel operates with a crew of 11 under a professional and supportive captain, with a potential global itinerary ahead. Salary is dependent on experience.
