CHIEF STEWARDESS - 8:4 ROTATION

PMR Recruitment are currently seeking a Chief Stewardess for a 52m private sailing yacht.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a vessel under new ownership with a newly forming crew, currently in the shipyard and preparing for an upcoming program. The role offers an 8:4 rotation, which will be in place during the crossing and ongoing yard period, providing a strong balance while still being part of a busy and important phase of the yacht’s development.

We are looking for a highly experienced and service-driven Chief Stewardess who can deliver very high-end, refined service to an exceptional standard. The owner has a strong focus on luxury service, so you must be confident in both execution and presentation, as well as training and leading a junior interior team to consistently meet these expectations.

This is a hands-on position, particularly during the shipyard period, where you will play a key role in setting up the interior, implementing systems, and preparing the yacht for future operations, including charter.

The yacht runs with a crew of 9 and an interior team of 3, creating a close-knit and professional onboard environment.

Start date is ASAP (within the next 2 weeks).
