CHIEF STEWARDESS - 65+M S/Y

We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess for a 65m+ sailing yacht operating to a very high private standard with light charter use. This is a hands-on role for a confident professional who leads by example and manages all interior operations, including service standards, organisation, and stowage.

The yacht maintains a classic, understated style of service, with an emphasis on discretion, structure, and polished, demure hospitality. The role requires a practical, hands-on approach and the ability to work closely with the interior team.

Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience as Chief Stewardess and hold STCW, ENG1, and Food & Hygiene. A competitive package is offered with 60 days’ leave, and the start date is mid-January.
