PMR Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess* for a 32m private/charter yacht operating in the Mediterranean. This is a permanent position suited to someone with at least 2–3 seasons of yachting experience, ready to step up from a second stewardess role and confidently manage the interior independently to charter standard. The yacht runs a busy Mediterranean charter season during summer with a winter period based in Palma, making this an attractive opportunity for someone who enjoys a single-season lifestyle with high-intensity summer charters. Duties include full interior management, service, housekeeping, inventory control, creative table décor, and crew cooking during the winter when the chef is not onboard. Salary is €4,000 per month plus tips, with a start date in early March.
