FIRST MATE - 28M S/Y

PMR Recruitment are currently searching for a First Mate for a 28m Sailing Yacht.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-run sailing yacht with a crew of three onboard. The vessel will be based in Greece for the summer season before heading across to the Caribbean.

Candidates must hold a valid Yachtmaster Offshore qualification and have previous sailing yacht experience. The role would suit someone who is hands-on, professional, and confident with all aspects of deck operations, sail handling, navigation, and watchkeeping.

This position could also be suitable for a couple, as it may be paired with a Hostess position onboard
