SOLE CHEF - 35+M S/Y

PMR Recruitment are searching for a full-time chef for a beautifully maintained 39m sailing yacht, launching soon from Amsterdam. The role suits someone who enjoys cooking fresh, well-balanced meals in a hands-on, close-knit sailing environment.

The open-plan galley is well-equipped and highly rated by past chefs. The owners enjoy simple, tasty meals — think schnitzel, classic mains, and homemade desserts — and there’s creative freedom for crew meals.

• Start: ASAP (latest mid-September)

• Salary: €5,500/month

• Leave: 42 days/year

• Contract: Full-time, permanent

• Insurance: Provided

Ideal for someone with 1–2 seasons’ experience in a chef or cook/stew role.

Requirements:

• STCW

• ENG1

• Food Hygiene Level 2+

• Yacht Rating Certificate (required due to manning; can be done online with valid Seaman’s Discharge Book and sea time)
