SEASONAL CHEF - 24M S/Y

PMR Recruitment is searching for a Seasonal Chef to join a 25m sailing catamaran for the upcoming summer season.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and adaptable chef who thrives in a fast-paced charter environment and can consistently deliver high standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, preferably with previous charter experience, and be confident preparing fresh Mediterranean and local cuisine, including fish preparation. You will be responsible for both guest and crew meals, maintaining quality across a busy schedule.

The yacht will be in Palma from 6th May for post-winter maintenance before beginning a busy run of back-to-back charters from June, including a one-week owner trip around the Balearics. The vessel operates with a crew of four, all long-standing, active, and fit, creating a positive onboard environment. The yacht accommodates up to eight guests, and you will have your own cabin and access to provisioners.

Start date is ideally ASAP, though there is flexibility of up to one month for the right candidate. Trials will be held in Ibiza. Salary is dependent on experience, with top-end salary available for a strong candidate.
