CHIEF STEWARDESS – 50+M MOTOR YACHT

PMR Recruitment is searching for a Chief Stewardess for a 50m+ private motor yacht based in the Mediterranean.

This is a very busy, single-season vessel with a constant turnover of guests throughout the summer. The yacht runs with an interior team of four, and we're looking for someone who can confidently lead the department with a hands-on approach and strong organisational skills.

Candidates should have at least four years of yachting experience. This could be a 2nd Stewardess ready to step up into her first Chief Stew role, or someone who already has at least one year of experience as Chief Stewardess.

The key quality we’re looking for is longevity — someone committed and ready to bring stability to the team.
