ROTATIONAL ENGINEER Y4- 35M S/Y

PMR Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Rotational Engineer to join a 35m sailing yacht operating with a professional crew of five. This is a technically demanding vessel, and we are looking for someone confident in managing all engineering operations while also being actively involved in sailing.

The rotation is approximately 8–10 weeks, working alongside the current engineer to ensure smooth handovers. The owner is highly engaged and enjoys proper sailing, so this role is ideal for someone who is equally passionate about engineering and performance sailing.

The itinerary is dual season then back to the med for summer 2026. Further details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

Requirements:
• Minimum MEOL, ideally Y4 / SV OOW or equivalent
• Experience working with high-voltage systems
• Strong sailing skills and willingness to be active on deck
• Confident running the engine room independently
• Good communication and teamwork, particularly when coordinating with the rotating engineer
• Ability to support thorough and structured handovers
