Rotational Chief Engineer – 50m Sailing Yacht

PMR Recruitment are currently searching for a Rotational Chief Engineer for a 50m sailing yacht based in Palma, Mallorca.

This is a single-season vessel with relatively light usage outside of the summer period, generally completing only a couple of trips each season.

The yacht has recently had the rig re-stepped and will soon be undergoing sail trials. The incoming engineer will play an important role in ensuring that all engineering systems are running smoothly and that everything is in excellent working condition ahead of and throughout the season.

Candidates must hold a Y3 Chief Engineer ticket (or equivalent) to be considered for this position. Sailing yacht experience on a similar-sized vessel is preferred.

Salary will be discussed with a review after 9 months.
