45m Sailing Yacht – Experienced Deckhand
PMR Recruitment are currently searching for an experienced Deckhand to join a 45m sailing yacht.
We are looking for a strong, hands-on sailor with a genuine passion for sailing, good practical skills and previous experience working aboard sailing yachts over 30m.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys an active sailing programme, has a keen interest in watersports and is confident getting involved in all aspects of deck operations, maintenance and general boat repairs.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year's deck experience on sailing yachts over 30m.
Strong personal sailing background – a genuine sailor is essential.
STCW 95 and ENG1.
Yachtmaster Offshore commercially endorsed.
AEC 1–2.
Good mechanical knowledge and practical boat maintenance/repair experience.
Watersports experience, ideally windsurfing, kitesurfing, diving or similar.
Salary: DOE
