PMR Recruitment is currently searching for a Rotational Captain to join a stunning 51m Classic Sailing Yacht.

• 3 months on / 3 months off rotation
• Salary: €10,000 per month
• Start Date: ASAP
• Current Location: Palma

An exciting worldwide programme is planned over the next 12 months, including the Mediterranean, Caribbean, South Pacific, and New Zealand.

We are looking for a hands-on Captain with strong sailing yacht experience and a genuine passion for sailing. This is an active sailing programme where all crew are involved in vessel operations.

Requirements:

  • Master 3000GT

  • Extensive sailing yacht experience

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Confident sailor
