PMR Recruitment are searching for an experienced Captain for a 40m+ high-performance sailing yacht. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professionally run vessel with an active sailing program. The ideal candidate will be a confident and capable sailor, with solid experience on similar-sized sailing yachts, and must hold a minimum of a Master 500GT license.

The yacht is looking for someone who is hands-on, passionate about performance sailing, and confident leading an experienced crew. A strong sailing background and excellent leadership skills are essential for this role.
